Referral Marketing Disclosure

A lot of our work comes from neighbors telling neighbors. If a past customer refers someone to us, that's their honest recommendation — we don't pay for reviews or testimonials, and we don't fabricate them. Any stories or quotes on our site are real and used with permission, or they aren't there at all.

We don't buy fake reviews, and we don't offer compensation in exchange for positive feedback. If we ever run a referral program that rewards a customer for sending us work, we'll say so plainly on this page and make clear that the referrer has a relationship with us. As of the date below, we do not operate such a program.

We may advertise online, including in local search and on third-party sites. We do not link to other contractors, repair companies, or service providers from this site — the only external links we use are general references such as Wikipedia. If that ever changes, we'll disclose any marketing or affiliate relationship here so you know when a link might benefit us.

A referral or recommendation — from us or anyone else — never creates an obligation for you. Your estimate is free, and you decide whether to move forward. Our pricing doesn't change based on how you found us; the price you're quoted is the price we'd give any homeowner with the same problem.

If we partner with another business in a way that affects what we recommend to you, we'll tell you before you commit to anything. We'd rather lose a job than send a homeowner somewhere for the wrong reason. Our reputation in Warren and Metro Detroit is the thing we protect most.
