Description
Install and service interior drain tile, sump pumps, battery backups, and discharge lines. Most days you're in a basement cutting a trench, setting a basin, or replacing a pump that failed in a storm.
Qualifications
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work in basements and crawl spaces
- Can follow a layout and measure accurately
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Warren and Metro Detroit
- Experience in waterproofing, plumbing, or concrete is a plus, not a must

Foundation Repair Crew Member
Description
Drive push piers, install steel beam braces and wall anchors, excavate and straighten walls, and do the structural work that stops a home from moving. Heavy work, real results you can see at the end of the day.
Qualifications
- Able to lift and carry materials and work outdoors in Michigan weather
- Detail-oriented — structural work has to be square, plumb, and level
- Works well with a small crew
- Construction or foundation experience preferred

Description
